Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to Establish Subsidiary in Singapore

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI; Tokyo) says it will establish MHI Industrial Engineering & Services Private (MIES) in Singapore effective October 1, 2010. MIES will function as a marketing and service base for environmental and chemical plant projects in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The new commpany will also handle parts of engineering, procurement and construction of projects.
