(CNCEC; Beijing) say they have received an order from Ammoni of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, for a project to construct a large-scale urea fertilizer plant to produce ammonia and methanol. Ammoni is a government-affiliated company jointly established by the Tatarstan government and the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Moscow) in 2006.
