KBR signs contract for advanced oil processing complex in Russia

KBR has been awarded a contract for project management consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of an advanced oil processing complex, which forms part of a major renovation program at the Omsk refinery in Russia. The refinery, owned by Gazprom Neft, is the largest in the country.   KBR will provide PMC services for three new process units and offsites and utilities construction, beginning with the front-end engineering and design phase and continuing through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
