KBR Awarded Contract for U.S. Fertilizer Complex

KBR says it has been awarded a license and engineering contract by Ohio Valley Resources (OVR; Owensboro, KY) to complete a front-end engineering design (FEED) package to develop an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) proposal for a fertilizer complex in Spencer County, Indiana. The contract includes design of the complex's main ammonia process units, which will feature KBR’s “purifier” ammonia process technology.
