Jacobs completes work on Huntsman's iron sulfate plant in Italy

Jacobs Engineering says it has recently completed Huntsman pigments segment's new, €38-million ($50.7 million) iron sulfate plant at its titanium dioxide pigment manufacturing facility at Scarlino, Italy. Jacobs worked with Huntsman on the project from its Milan office, providing engineering and design, procurement assistance, construction management, and project management services for the project, which involved safely integrating the new facility into the existing operating plant.
