Indian fertilizer producer advances ammonia-urea project in Canada

Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative (Iffco; New Delhi) is advancing plans for a previously announced nitrogen fertilizer complex in Canada. Ganotech, the main engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor on the project, has awarded an open-book design and supply cost estimate contract to Tecnimont (Milan). Ganotech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kiewit Corp. (Omaha, NE).
