Services :: Engineering & Construction Indian Oil Awards Paradip Contract to Toyo Engineering10:12 PM MDT | June 14, 2009 Toyo Engineering and its Toyo-India subsidiary have been awarded a consultancy contract by Indian Oil Corp. (IOC; New Delhi) for a previously announced fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) and propylene recovery unit at IOC’s planned Paradip, India refinery. The 4.17-million m.t./year FCC unit will use INDMAX technology jointly developed by IOC and Lummus Technology.
