Services :: Engineering & Construction Fluor Performs Feasibility Study for PetroChina, QP, Shell JV in China10:53 PM MST | February 23, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh Fluor says it is currently doing a feasibility study for the previously announced refinery and petrochemicals joint venture with PetroChina, Qatar Petroleum (QP), and Shell at Taizhou, China. The feasibility study for the proposed 440,000-bbl/day refinery and 1.2 million m.t./year petrochemicals complex is being led by Fluor’s Shanghai and Houston centers, and the final feasibility study report is expected to be completed by the end of this year, Fluor says.
