Daelim awarded propane dehydrogenation contract by Hyosung

Daelim Industrial (Seoul) has been awarded a contract to build a propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plant for Hyosung Corp., CW has learned. The contract, valued at 272.9 billion Korean won ($243.2 million) covers design, material procurement and construction on a turnkey basis of DH2, the second PDH unit at Hyosung’s Ulsan, Korea complex. Completion of the 300,000 m.t./year unit is expected in May 2015.
