Contract Awarded for PET Project in Turkey

Köksan PET Packaging Industry Co. (Gaziantep, Turkey) has awarded a contract to Uhde Inventa-Fischer to build a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin production plant at Gaziantep. The plant will use Uhde Inventa-Fischer technology and have capacity for 216,000 m.t./year. Köksan is a leading producer of PET preforms.
