Services :: Engineering & Construction Chinese Contractor to Build Cracker for PetroChina12:35 PM MST | March 3, 2008 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corp. (HQCEC; Beijing) says it has signed an engineering, procurement, and construction contract with PetroChina for a previously announced olefins project at Pengzhou, China. The planned facility will have capacity for 800,000 m.t./year of ethylene and be built for Sichuan Petrochemical, a subsidiary of PetroChina.
