Services :: Engineering & Construction BE&K Wins Contract for Activated Carbon Unit9:01 AM MDT | September 22, 2008 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff ADA Environmental Solutions (Littleton, CO) says it has awarded an engineering, procurement, and construction contract to BE&K (Birmingham, AL), a subsidiary of KBR, for an activated carbon plant at Red River Parish, LA. The contract value was not disclosed. The plant will have a capacity of 350 million lbs/year, making it the largest activated carbon plant in North America, ADA says.
