Axens Provides Aromatics Technology to Saudi Arabia

Axens says it has been awarded a design package for a previously announced 400,000-bbl/day, full-conversion refinery and an aromatics complex at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia being built by a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Total. It is scheduled to start up in 2012. Axens is designing the complex with its alliance partners, Shaw, IFP, ExxonMobil, and Total.
