Alfa Laval Acquires Full Ownership in Biodiesel Technology Company

Alfa Laval (Lund, Sweden) says it has acquired the shares it did not already own in Ageratec (Norrköping, Sweden), a biodiesel technology company. The acquisition will strengthen Alfa Laval's overall position in the biodiesel industry. The main synergies are between Alfa Laval's pre-treatment process technologies developed for biodiesel and Ageratec's skid-mounted turnkey biodiesel plants.
