Waiting Game Heats Up: Distributors Await Details on New Security Law

Uncertainty over requirements under the new federal Homeland Security law is causing concern among companies doing business in the U.S. chemical industry, several distributors tell CW. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has yet to issue Appendix A, a major section of the law that specifies which chemicals will be regulated and at which threshhold levels.
