Univar Acquires Brazilian Distributor

Univar says it has acquired Arinos Química (Osasco, Brazil), a specialty and commodity chemicals distributor, for an undisclosed sum. Arinos distributes about 1,600 products to more than 6,500 customers across various end markets, and also has more than 20 branded products through its formulation business.
