Tikkurila Acquires Full Ownership of Romanian Trading Company

Tikkurila (Helsinki) Kemira’s paints and coatings subsidiary, says it has agreed to acquire the 50% stake of Slovenian paint firm JUB (Ljubljani) in their joint venture trading company Tikkurila JUB Romania (Bucharest). Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Tikkurila JUB Romania was established in May 2008 for marketing, and selling Tikkurila’s and JUB’s decorative paints in Romania.
