The partnership will market and sell large-scale pharmaceutical raw materials produced at Cherokee's facility in Riverside, PA, a former Merck plant in suburban Philadelphia. SAFC will handle sourcing for the partnership's products, while Cherokee will test, store, package, and distribute the products.
