Quadra Chemicals Acquires Food Ingredients Distributor

Specialty chemical distributor Quadra Chemicals (Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec) says it has acquired "substantially all of the assets" of Prescott & Company, Canada (Mississauga, ON), a specialty chemical distributor of food ingredients and industrial chemicals for the Canadian market.
