National Chemical Company Buys Irish Distributor

National Chemical Distributor (Dublin) says it has acquired Norman Lauder (Dublin), a long established distributor of raw materials, foods and pharmacauticals. Financial terms were not disclosed. Norman Lauder recently celebrated 50 years as a distributor for Merck KGaA in Ireland.
