Koch to Buy Fertilizer Distributor in the U.K.

Koch Fertilizer, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, says it has agreed to acquire fertilizer distributor J&H Bunn (Great Yarmouth, U.K.). The deal is expected to close by the end of the first quarter. Financial terms were not disclosed. "J&H Bunn is a significant independent fertilizer distributor in the U.K. market," says Steve Packebush, president of Koch Fertilizer.
