Services :: Distribution Koch to Buy Fertilizer Distributor in the U.K.6:47 AM MST | January 12, 2011 | Ian Young Koch Fertilizer, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, says it has agreed to acquire fertilizer distributor J&H Bunn (Great Yarmouth, U.K.). The deal is expected to close by the end of the first quarter. Financial terms were not disclosed. "J&H Bunn is a significant independent fertilizer distributor in the U.K. market," says Steve Packebush, president of Koch Fertilizer. J&H Bunn operates 12 sites throughout the U.K. They include major coastal terminals at Great Yarmouth, Middlesbrough, and Sharpness, as well as smaller coastal and inland...
