IMCD Acquires Pharma Ingredients Distributor in Malaysia

Distributor IMCD Group (Rotterdam) says it has acquired the pharmaceutical ingredients distribution business of Maxwell Pharma (Petaling Jaya, Malaysia), a privately owned company. Financial details were not disclosed.
