German Distributors Team up to Buy Quaron France

Chemical distributors Stockmeier (Bielefeld, Germany) and Overlack (Mönchengladbach, Germany) say they have agreed jointly to acquire distributor Quaron France from Eurochem (Wormerveer, the Netherlands). Financial terms were not disclosed. Stockmeier and Overlack have created a joint venture, Kem, for the purpose of the acquisition.
