Ease of NYPD's Online Chlorine Purchase ‘Disturbs' Trade Group

The National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD; Arlington, VA) says it is “disturbed at the irresponsible behavior” of an unidentified Internet-based company that allegedly sold 300 gals of chlorine online last year to an undercover police officer without securing the purchaser’s credentials.
