Services :: Distribution Distributor Neochimiki spins off activities in five European countries1:13 PM MDT | October 15, 2012 | Ian Young A group of international businessmen led by Theofanis Gerodimos has acquired the activities of chemical distributor Neochimiki (Athens) in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, and Ukraine. The acquired distribution operations have been combined under a new entity, Interallis Chemicals (Sofia, Bulgaria). The new company, headed by former Neochimiki executive Nikos Kazantzis, has estimated sales of about €50 million ($65 million)/year.
