Services :: Distribution Chemical Rail Traffic Rises Again3:07 AM MST | December 4, 2009 | Vincent Valk Chemicals sector rail traffic in North America rose 10.6% during the week ended November 28, to 39,313 cars, according to the Association of American Railroads (AAR). U.S. traffic was up 13.2% to 24,306 cars, while Canadian traffic rose 3.9% to 13,781 cars, and Mexican traffic rose 47.5% to 1,226 cars. Traffic in the continent as a whole was down from the prior week's totals.
