Brenntag Acquires U.S. Distributor

Brenntag says it has completed the acquisition of G.S. Robins & Company (St. Louis, MO), a leading regional distributor of industrial chemicals. The acquisition enables Brenntag to improve its presence in several industries including the food & beverage and water treatment industries, Brenntag says. Brenntag will integrate G.S.
