Borouge Incorporates New Company in China

Borouge Pte (Singapore), the marketing arm of Borouge, is set to incorporate a new, wholly-owned subsidiary in China tomorrow, CW has learned. Borouge Sales and Marketing (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd., will start operations on Wednesday and focus on the Guangzhou region in southern China, where Borouge is building a logistics hub. Guangzhou has a "flourishing" plastics center and a growing car industry , Borouge says.
