Bain Capital Agrees to Acquire IMCD

Private equity firm Bain Capital (Boston) says it has agreed to acquire chemical distributor IMCD Group (Rotterdam) from AAC Capital Partners (Amsterdam).  The purchase price is reportedly €650 million ($862 million), according to Dutch newspaper Het Financieel Dagblad.
