Azelis Buys Swiss Distributors

Distributor Azelis (Milan) has acquired polymer and specialty chemical distributors Heinz Schlegel and Meister from the same private owners for an undisclosed amount. The acquired firms are based at Moehlin, near Basel; sell product in Switzerland and Austria; and have combined sales of SF25 million/year ($21 million).
