ACC, Accenture Study: Chemical Quality Becomes the Important Issue

A study by ACC and Accenture has identified that product quality and reliability of supply – not price of goods – are the most important factors when it comes to selecting or growing with a supplier. The study by the two groups compared the importance of cost/price, reliability, quality and performance, innovation, and sustainability and relationships.
