Caldic acquires Nordic specialty food ingredients supplier Sollaari

Caldic (Rotterdam) has completed the acquisition of specialty food ingredients supplier Sollaari (Vantaa, Finland), Caldic says. The deal was finalized in December 2012 and no financial details were disclosed. The acquisition allows Caldic to expand its business in the Nordic and Baltic food ingredients markets and extend this offering to customers in the food, feeds, and pharmaceutical industries.   Sollaari is a supplier of specialty ingredients and additives for the food, nutraceutical, feed, and chemical industries in the Baltic and Nordic markets...
