Nexeo completes formation of jv in China

Plastics distributor Nexeo Solutions (The Woodlands, TX) says it has completed formation of its previously announced joint venture with Beijing Plaschem. The jv, Nexeo Plaschem, will employ more than 120 people in China and cover 30 locations across most of the country's provinces.
