IMCD Acquires Dutch Distributor

IMCD Group (Rotterdam) says it has acquired Jan Dekker International (Wormerveer, the Netherlands), a distributor of personal care and food ingredients. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Jan Dekker has sales offices in France, Germany, Poland, Spain, and the U.K., as well as laboratories in France and the Netherlands.
