Shareholder advisory firm weighs in against Sensient dissidents

Shareholder advisory firm ISS (New York) issued a report yesterday recommending a vote against a hedge fund’s dissident director slate at Sensient Technologies. FrontFour Capital (New York) nominated four directors to Sensient’s board in February and has repeatedly criticized management for lackluster performance.
