S&P: Chemicals Sector Credit Ratings to Continue Improving

Credit rating trends in the chemicals sector were "strongly positive" in the second-quarter and will likely continue improving through the rest of the year, according to a report by ratings agency Standard and Poor's (S&P; New York).
