Floyd, formerly of Morgan Stanley, has joined chemical investment banking firm Young & Partners as a managing director. Floyd, who joined Morgan Stanley in 1991, became managing director and co-head of Morgan Stanley’s chemicals and fertilizers group in 2004. He was responsible for North and South America, Japan and Asia.
