Arsenal Seeks Buyers for Vertellus

Private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners (New York) says it is “exploring strategic options” for Vertellus Specialties (Indianapolis), the company Arsenal formed last year through the merger of Reilly Industries and Rutherford Chemicals.
