China’s Transition

The chemical industry continues to look to China to drive growth. Attendees at last week’s China Petroleum and Chemical International Conference (CPCIC) in Shanghai, co-organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and CW, are upbeat about prospects and indications are that China will continue to lead recovery (p. 15).
