LyondellBasell Gets Extension to File Reorganization Plan

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York has granted LyondellBasell more time to file exclusively its plan of reorganization. Judge Robert Gerber extended until April 15 LyondellBasell’s deadline to complete its reorganization plan, during which time other parties will be barred from filing competing plans.
