Huntsman’s Trial Against Banks Opens This Week

The trial for Huntsman’s multibillion lawsuit against Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank is scheduled to begin June 15 in Montgomery County, TX district court. Huntsman filed the suit in January when the banks refused to finance private equity firm Apollo Management’s (New York) planned acquisition of Huntsman (CW, Jan. 5/12, p. 16).
