The proposed “endangerment finding,” which will be open for public comment through mid-June, is based on “rigorous, peer-reviewed scientific analysis” of six gases—CO2, hydrofluorocarbons, methane, nitrous oxide, perfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride...
