Dow Ag Division Sale Rumored as R&H Trial Nears

Dow Chemical may be in talks with several private equity firms, including New York-based Blackstone Group and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., about taking a minority stake in Dow AgroSciences, according to recent media reports. Dow would not comment on the reports.
