Celanese Taps Albemarle’s Rohr to Replace Weidman as CEO

Celanese chairman and CEO David Weidman has announced plans to retire on April 2, 2012, and will be succeeded by Albemarle executive chairman Mark Rohr. “This wasn’t an easy decision, but one I feel good about for several reasons,” Weidman said in a statement.
