Airgas to Acquire Linde’s U.S. Packaged Gas Business

Airgas has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Linde’s U.S. packaged gas business and retail stores for $310 million. The acquired business includes 130 locations in 18 states, with more than 1,400 employees, and generated $346 million in revenues and $36 million in Ebitda last year.
