Chemical Week Magazine :: Specialty Chemicals Warwick Chemicals Expands TAED9:29 AM MDT | October 7, 2011 | —kerri walsh Warwick Chemicals (Holywell, U.K.) says it will invest £10.7 million ($16.5 million) to expand its tetra acetyl ethylene diamine (TAED) plant at Mostyn, U.K. The project will be completed in early 2013. The investment will also increase efficiency and free capacity for new products, Warwick says. Capacity rates were not disclosed. Warwick says it is the TAED global market leader, and operates the world’s largest bleach activation chemical plant at Mostyn. More than 90% of Warwick’s production is exported.
