Symrise to Buy Flavors Firm

Symrise says it has agreed to buy the shares it does not already own in flavors and fragrances firm Aromatics S.A.S. (Paris). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Symrise bought a minority stake last year in Aromatics, which supplies natural raw materials including botanical extracts, cocoa, and vanilla.
