Süd-Chemie subsidiary Phostech Lithium (St.-Bruno, Quebec) says a recent Canadian federal appeals court ruling that the company infringed on certain Valence Technology (Austin, TX) lithium phosphates production process patents is not expected to have a significant effect on operations and expansion plans.
