Stepan Inks Lipid Nutrition Deal

Stepan has acquired the Lipid Nutrition business of Loders Croklaan (Wormerveer, the Netherlands) for an undisclosed sum. The products, which include linoleic acid, omega-3 triglycerides, and an appetite suppressant made from pine nuts, will be integrated into Stepan’s Food and Health Specialties business. The segment will be renamed Stepan Lipid Nutrition.
