Sherwin-Williams Continues Buying Spree with Portugal Deal

Sherwin-Williams (SW) has acquired Euronavy-Tintas Marítimas e Industriais (Lisbon), its 11th acquisition in the last 18 months. Terms were not disclosed. Euronavy will be integrated into SW’s global Protective & Marine Coatings division. The acquired business produces marine and protective coatings for ships, offshore platforms, storage tanks, as well as the steel, concrete, and flooring markets.
